1 St Heliers Street Abbotsford VIC 3067
6PM - 9PM
If you are in Melbourne on the 6-7 December, visit Abbotsford Convent’s c3 Contemporary Art Space and see the latest work of UNSW Art & Design alumni collective, 110%.
c3 presents a performance of the first iteration of 110% collective’s new work, Wet Nurse, created during c3’s 2019 Performance Residency.
110% is the collaborative practice of Art & Design alumni, Kieran Bryant, Beth Dillon and Lachlan Herd. They create works of live performance, video, installation and sculpture and are currently based between Sydney, Melbourne and Switzerland.
Wet Nurse is their latest output launching with an industry preview on 5 December and live performances on 6 and 7 December. The performance unfolds in a humid environment of soft and sweating forms that blends elements of the medical ward, kitchen, construction site and cruising lounge. Combining movement, video projection and live sound from Sydney based sound artist Enderie, 110% will work as sculptor, lover, nurse and mother as they tend to the needs of their microbial collaborators.
