2018 Alumni Workshops
- When 5 Jul - 13 Jul 2018
Cnr Oxford St & Greens Rd, Paddington NSW 2021 Australia
At UNSW Art & Design, we value our alumni community, and are devoted to supporting their growth, celebrating their achievements and encouraging a commitment to lifelong learning. This winter, we're launching a new program of workshops and inviting UNSW Art & Design alumni to come back to campus, learn a new skill - or re-learn an old one - and see the ways in which our faculty embraces traditional artmaking techniques alongside new emerging technologies. You can gain expert training from our outstanding staff and utilise our excellent workshop facilities all for free.
The first week of the faculty non-teaching period, we will be offering two screenprinting workshops (an evening workshop on July 5 and a daytime workshop on July 6), and the last week of the holiday break, we will be offering two workshops in the Makerspace (an evening workshop on July 12, and a daytime workshop on July 13). These workshops have a limit of 12 per session. All are now open for enrolment.
Please note: at present these workshops are only open to alumni / graduates of UNSW Art & Design, depending on response and resources, we may repeat them for all alumni at a later stage.
These workshops are part of our ongoing work to reconnect with alumni. Wilfred Brandt is the Alumni and Engagement Coordinator for UNSW Art & Design, if you have any questions about the workshops or alumni engagement, feel free to reach out to him at firstname.lastname@example.org
