The Computing Services Unit is responsible for UNSW Art & Design's information technology requirements and facilitates the computing user needs of the faculty by providing technical hardware and software support to users of the school's information technology systems.
The support desk provides first level technical support for staff and students.

The support desk also maintains software/hardware requirements of the college's computing labs, studios and staff computing facilities. The systems administration office develops and maintains the school's IT infrastructure needs and requirements.
